misfortune if you happen to be black or Asian and LGBT.

Even if you find suitable accommodation in a relatively tolerant area, you may have what I call a not good or bad neighbour who is against LGBT’s and believe me it will be your life and health that may be
affected. So, it is vital when asking to visit a flat or house you intend to rent, to make sure that you do your homework. Do not hesitate to ask your landlord or letting agent questions related to your neighbours.
